  1. Parking Fees: Auto, Plane,—annual, monthly, daily. Submit for City for approval, per our agreement
  2. Moving the payment box to the kiosk and a new sign to mount on the kiosk by the fuel pump.
  3. Review current Policy on Tenant Aircraft. Set fee for tenant aircraft in owners hangar.
  4. Review past due members and take appropriate action.
  5. Discuss Board Member replacement.
  6. Review budget and 2010 dues.
  7. Set date for annual POA meeting

RAAPOA General Membership

If you can’t make it be sure and get your proxy you received in the mail or attached here, to someone you want to vote for you. We will be voting for one POA board position and two AAB positions. Remember your dues must be paid up in order to vote. Also, please bring a chair for yourself and whoever attends with you if you can. We are limited on the number of chairs we have.

We will be discussing the past years going ons, what maybe lies ahead, or budget and what you like and don’t like. Should be fun!

Wireless Internet Access Now Available

November 6th, 2008

Rusty Allen Airport now has WiFi access!

The PUBLIC wireless network is called RAAPOA WiFi.

  • Please note that this is an unsecured network. Please make sure any devices you connect to the network are properly secured.
  • The antenna is located behind Horace Miller’s hangar on the Northern tallest antenna so line of site to that location is your best bet for the strongest signal.
  • The wireless network is supported by a 7mbs connection. Connection speeds will vary depending on the number of devices using the connection.

  • Eating starts around 12pm
  • Flour bombing contest (the safest place on the airport is on the target)
  • Bring your tiedowns if winds are strong
  • Camping is ok
  • Hotels are nearby
  • RSVP for ride to Hotels

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for an afternoon in the sun. Ice Tea & Lemonade will be provided but you may want to bring your favorite beverage.
